
Root Beer Barbecue Sauce

½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. Sriracha or other hot chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 ½ cups root beer
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. Sriracha or other hot chili sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. molasses
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 ½ cups root beer
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1Place all ingredients in small to medium pot and whisk well to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook 15 to 18 minutes, until sauce has thickened and reduce by about a half. Remove sauce from the heat and cool to temperature. Transfer to a tight-sealing container and refrigerate until needed. Sauce will keep seven to 10 days refrigerated.
